01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ea333", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the ea333 platform accessible at ea333.ws.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an ea333 account.
• "Platform" refers to the ea333 website, mobile web application, and all associated services available at ea333.ws.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account held with ea333.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, virtual sports event, or any other product offered by ea333.

• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" refers to UTC+6, the time zone used for all ea333 operational and promotional deadlines.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all ea333 account balances are maintained.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use an ea333 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are aged 21 years or older. ea333 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You are accessing ea333 voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended ea333 account.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, contractor, or agent of ea333 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to disguise your actual location or identity when registering.

During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact mobile number. ea333 reserves the right to verify this information at any time. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

ea333 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

03 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ea333 account. Opening a second account, whether under the same identity or a different identity, is a violation of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ea333 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ea333 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

You must notify ea333 immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. ea333 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.

ea333 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these terms, in connection with fraudulent activity, or in violation of any applicable laws.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All ea333 account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ea333 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, DBBL bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer.

Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits of your chosen payment provider and any account-level limits applied by ea333.

Deposits are processed through secure, tokenised APIs provided by each respective payment service. ea333 does not store your mobile wallet PIN, bKash credentials, or bank account passwords. Deposit funds credited within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Delays exceeding 10 minutes should be reported to ea333 live chat support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. ea333 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — 5 to 30 minutes; DBBL and BRAC Bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days.

ea333 applies no platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Fees charged by your payment provider are outside ea333's control and are your responsibility.

Funds deposited into your ea333 account may only be used for betting and gaming purposes on the ea333 platform. ea333 does not act as a payment service or money transfer operator. Depositing funds without placing bets, for the sole purpose of withdrawing them, may be treated as suspicious activity and reported accordingly.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ea333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. Each bonus is governed by specific terms published at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus rules apply to all ea333 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your ea333 account in the form of bonus balance, which is held separately from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Standard wagering requirements apply to all deposit match bonuses and welcome bonuses. The applicable multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been completed in full. Withdrawal of real-money balance before bonus wagering is complete may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• ea333 bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Claiming multiple bonuses through different accounts or through shared payment details constitutes bonus abuse.
• ea333 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event a promotion is cancelled, any bonus balance that has not yet been wagered will be removed from the player's account.
• ea333 reserves the right to void any winnings generated through bonus funds where there is reasonable evidence of exploitation, collusion, or systematic wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

06 Betting Rules & Void Bets

All sports betting markets offered on ea333 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the specific market rules displayed alongside each market on the platform. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each market before placing a bet.

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event or match is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time.
• The market is suspended due to a technical error, data feed failure, or obvious pricing error before settlement.
• An obvious error in odds (a "palpable error") is identified at the time of bet placement. ea333 reserves the right to void bets placed at prices that are clearly erroneous, regardless of the settlement outcome.
• The player was not eligible to place the bet (e.g., the market was restricted to certain account tiers).

ea333 reserves the right to suspend any market, delay settlement, or void individual bets at its discretion where integrity concerns are identified, including where credible evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or unusual betting patterns is reported by recognised sports integrity organisations.

All live in-play bets are accepted subject to a delay to ensure the integrity of the odds at the time of placement. Bets placed during live events will display the odds at the time of acceptance confirmation, not the odds at the time of initial submission.

07 Casino & Game Rules

ea333 offers live casino games, slots, crash games (including Space Max), and virtual sports, all provided by third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ea333 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds held under investigation, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Opening more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to generate unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing or spot-fixing in any sporting event.
• Using ea333 in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the ea333 platform or its content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ea333 staff or other players via any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the ea333 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, page layouts, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ea333 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ea333 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any ea333 content without prior written authorisation from ea333.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ea333 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the ea333 platform.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, technical failures, or data loss caused by events outside ea333's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
• Errors in third-party game RNG outcomes or live casino stream interruptions caused by the game provider's infrastructure.
• Financial losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

ea333's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits ea333's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

14 Governing Language & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the governing language of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation of these terms, the English version shall prevail.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. All disputes shall be governed by applicable law, and ea333 operates its platform in compliance with applicable regulations to the extent required.

ea333 maintains detailed transaction logs, bet records, and account activity data. In any dispute, ea333's server-side records shall be considered the authoritative source of truth unless the player can demonstrate a material error by means of independent evidence.
